Hi this is Maria… Welcome to Maria’s Craftroom! Today we’re making an easy layout using stickers, and we’ll also be playing with the new iOS scribble feature.
Instructions:
First, open your favorite digital planner. I am working in Noteshelf today and adding in stickers from photo roll. You can keep them in files or dropbox or iCloud Drive. Create the layout you want to work in. Noteshelf gives you the option to lock images so that you can use the lasso features to work in the layers above.
Once the layout is set, use the text feature in Noteshelf to start the iOS scribble. Make sure that pencil feature is turned on in settings. Back in Noteshelf now, tap the text feature, then double tap with your ipencil. If you double tap with your finger, the usual keyboard will pop up. Then start hand writing your notes. The scribble has it’s own little toolbar at the bottom. That’s where you will find return, undo, redo and it’s own small keyboard.
If you just don’t like scribble, then go back to settings and turn it off. There is a learning curve, but I’m getting used to it. I prefer to hand write, and my handwriting is horrible. This may get me to use my purchased fonts more. That’s it. Easy layout!

Maria’s Craftroom 
I am new to noteshelf, but when I use the text tool to hand write script it is causing problems, …say, when I ‘click’ on the page to dot an i, it will make the page jump to a different location or flash and glitch. What could I be doing wrong?

Hi there, the text tool is for typing. Check the main settings of Noteshelf: click on the gear at the top, advanced settings, check the slide for “disable links while writing”. I like all of my links to work all the time, but if you are writing over links, then you need to turn this slider on to disable the links.
