Hi this is Maria. Today is part three of the Merriest Moments Series. We’re using the Merriest Frames Hybrid Embossing Folder Set and the Merriest Moments Stamp Set. They all go together perfectly to make spectacular cards.
Card 3 of 3 Instructions:
- Basic White (159276) – 8 ½ x 5 ½ in, scored and folded in half
- Mossy Meadow (133676) – 4 ¼ x 5 ½ in
- Shimmery White (101910) – 4 ¼ x 5 ½ in
- Scrap Shimmery White (101910)
Cut your paper to size. Use the same size for both the mat and the white layering pieces. Place the shimmering white tin the Embossing Folder, and run that through your Die Cut machine. Use your Water Painters to watercolor onto the individual raised leaves from the embossing. If you want a softer look, gently rub the colors onto the leaves with your blending brushes. Use the intricate large die to cut the embossed image out of the paper using your die cut machine. Use the rectangle die to cut the scrap white to size. Use a block to stamp the sentiment onto the center of the rectangle. Attach the rectangle to the Shimmer White embossed layer using dimensionals. Dot the multipurpose glue on the back, and secure it to the Mossy Meadow mat layer. Dot the multipurpose glue on the back, and secure it to the Basic White card base. Add the Pearl Basic Jewels to give your card a finishing touch. That’s it!
