Bee My Valentine – Be Mine

Hi this is Maria. Today we’re making another bee-autiful card using the Bee Builder paper punch and the fabulous Most Adored Designer Series Paper. This paper is only available for FREE with purchase while the Sale-a-Bration promotion is on.

Measurements:

• Card Base:  Basic White 4 ¼  x 5 ½ in
• Mat Layer:  Most Adored DSP: 4 x 5 ¼ in
• Contrast Layer:  Basic White: 4 x 2 ¾ in
• Basic White: 2 ½ x 1 ¾ in
• Sentiment:  Basic White: 2 x ½ in
• Scrap:  Basic White

Instructions:

1. Cut your paper to size.
2. Use liquid glue to adhere the  4 x 5 ¼ in layer to the card front.
3. Use Granny Apple Green, Crushed Curry, and Flirty Flamingo Inks to stamp flowers onto the 2 ½ x 1 ¾ in Basic White.
4. Use Gray Granite to stamp a flight trail for the bee onto the upper part of the 2 ½ x 1 ¾ in Basic White.
5. Use Crushed Curry and Memento Black Ink to stamp a bee onto a scrap of Basic White.
6. Use Gray Granite to stamp wings onto a scrap of Basic White.
7. Uses the Bee Builder punch to cut out the bee and wings.
8. Use Gray Granite to stamp “bee mine”, and Real Red to stamp a little heart onto the sentiment layer of Basic White.
9. Use Real Red Ink to stamp little hearts onto scrap Basic White.
10. Use the Bee Builder punch to cut out the hearts.
11. Attach the hearts as flowers using Stampin’ Dimensionals onto the already stamped flowers.
12. Attach the sentiment layer over the flower stems using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
13. Attach the 2 ½ x 1 ¾ in layer onto the card front.
14. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to attach the bee and wings  on the left side of the flight trail. 
15. Use Flirty Flamingo Ink to stamp “You’re Sweet as Honey” on the inside of the card.
16. Use Crushed Curry to stamp honeycombs around the inside sentiment.
17. Use Real Red Ink to stamp one more little heart on the inside of the card.
18. That’s it! You’ve made a beautiful card!
